Joy retired from the Columbus Ohio Public Schools as a teacher of English as a Second Language and Language Arts where she integrated art into every learning experience.
Equipped with that insight, the wisdom gained raising three sons, her fluency in Spanish and her extensive personal collection of art and literature, Joy plunged her students into a rich immersion in art and language that has been her own rewarding life.
